Rental Policies
All of our apartments are located in Portland, Maine. Our buildings are non-smoking and cat friendly. We require landlord references and a security deposit. Prospective tenants must show a photo ID that matches the application before signing a lease.
Initial leases may range from 5 - 12 months.
