| We schedule showings Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Our office number is 207-772-6579. Applications can be taken at a showing and returned to our office. There is no application fee. All of our apartment buildings are currently in transition to become smoke-free housing. The transition will be complete by October 1, 2012. We allow up to two indoor cats in our apartments. Sorry, we do not allow dogs! Security deposits are required. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. All apartments have an initial one year lease term. |
