| We schedule showings Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Applications can be taken at a showing and returned to our office. There is no application fee. We allow up to two indoor cats in our apartments. Sorry, we do not allow dogs! Security deposits are required. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. All apartments have an initial one year lease term. |
